SONORON CAD GUIDE
To effectively tackle crime, the Department uses Sonoron CAD to store reports and records about individuals, vehicles, and incidents.
This Bulletin will help officers to be able to use Sonoron CAD to it's fullest potential.
GENERAL POINTS
All officers shall fill out records about incidents with server members. Optionally, officers may choose to also fill out records about incidents with guests.
All officers shall fill out records in a professional manner.
When typing out a new record, be sure to click ADD RECORD at the bottom to actually create the record, otherwise you will lose it when you click close.
For further information on Narratives, click here.
HOME SCREEN
On the Police home screen, you will be confronted with a lot of information and buttons.
Top left corner you will see the Sonoran CAD logo; clicking on this opens a side menu with the following options:
Record Management - Lookup; Records; and, BOLO.
Documentation - Codes; Penal Codes; Quick Links; and, Notepad.
System - Customization; Settings; Stream Overlay; Community Menu; and, Logout.
My Account - Opens another window which allows you to modify your email address and username.
Next to the Sonoran CAD logo, you have two buttons: Lookup; and, Records.
Top right corner you will see the current time and date.Â
In a small red box you will see your current officer character's information: Unit number; and, Agency. Before you begin writing a document, you should make sure the information about your character is correct as that information will be automatically added to any records you create.
Going down one level, you have a selection of buttons: BUSY; UNAVAILABLE; CLEAR; ENROUTE; CODE SIX; and, PANIC. These are all irrelevant as we use the MDT in-game for these functions.
Below the buttons, you then have the call information boxes. Yet again, the in-game MDT handles this function so you may disregard this on Sonoron CAD.

You need to make sure this is always correct as the correct character needs to be on the record/report. Remember to press Save after either modifying or creating a character otherwise it'll reset.
