JURISDICTIONS

All agencies are subject to 103.7 AGENCIES, in addition to policies contained herein.

• Go Loco Railroad Police

  • Defined with lines in the following colors, light blue (above-ground, in-use tracks), light green (underground, in-use tracks), yellow (above-ground, not-in-use tracks), and red (bridges).

  • Shall only patrol the immediate vicinity of railroad infrastructure. 

  • Shall not respond to any calls unrelated to railroad infrastructure. May respond to help calls.

• Uniformed Federal Agencies

  • Shall only patrol their agency's jurisdiction.

  • Shall not respond to any calls unrelated to their jurisdiction. May respond to help calls. 

• United States Coast Guard

  • Shall patrol the waters around the State of San Andreas.

• Bureau of Land Management

  • Shall only patrol within the confines of National Parks jurisdictions in Majestic County.

  • Shall not respond to any calls unrelated to their jurisdiction. May respond to help calls. 

• National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration Fisheries Office of Law Enforcement

  • NOAA Officers have the power to enforce Fish and Game Codes statewide and have the full authority of a sworn police officer, however, they must have an in-RP reason for their presence, ie., they shall not patrol areas unrelated to their primary purpose of enforcing Fish and Game Codes.

• San Andreas Highway Patrol

  • Defined with lines/dotted lines in the following colors, blue (Interstates), dotted red (rural routes), and dotted orange (urban routes). Urban routes may only be patrolled when permission is given by the Watch Commander.

  • Primary jurisdiction is the highway system, major routes and roads throughout.

• San Andreas State Parks Peace Officer Lifeguards

  • May patrol unincorporated areas near a body of water and the beach area within the City of Del Perro.

• San Andreas Department of Fish and Wildlife

  • SADFW Wardens have the power to enforce Fish and Game Codes statewide and have the full authority of a sworn police officer, however, they must have an in-RP reason for their presence, ie., they shall not patrol areas unrelated to their primary purpose of enforcing Fish and Game Codes.

• Maze Bank Arena Department of Public Safety

  • Shall only patrol the interior and immediate vicinity of the Maze Bank Arena and adjacent parking lots. 

  • Shall not respond to any calls unrelated to their jurisdiction. May respond to help calls.

• San Andreas Department of State Hospitals

  • Shall only patrol the interior and immediate vicinity and adjacent parking lots of the St. Fiacre Hospital, Central Los Santos Medical Center and Pillbox Hill Medical Center. 

  • Shall not respond to any calls unrelated to their jurisdiction. May not respond to help calls.

• Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority

  • Shall only patrol the Banham Canyon, Tongva Valley, Los Santos River Basin and it's tributaries.

  • Shall not respond to any calls unrelated to their jurisdiction. May respond to help calls.

• San Andreas Department of Alcohol and Beverage Control

  • Shall only investigate violations of PC7-02 through PC7-03 and PC15-05.

  • Shall not respond to any calls unrelated to their duties. May respond to help calls.

• Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Los Santos

  • Shall only investigate violations of PC7-01 through PC7-03 and PC15-05.

  • Shall not respond to any calls unrelated to their duties. May not respond to help calls.

• Los Santos Department of Sanitation

  • Shall only investigate violations of PC6-10 through PC6-11 and PC6-13 through PC6-15.

  • Shall not respond to any calls unrelated to their duties. May not respond to help calls.

• Policía Nacional de Colombia

  • Shall only patrol the island of Cayo Perico.

  • Shall not respond to any calls unrelated to their jurisdiction. May respond to help calls.
